No Chinese names I see. I presume your race's history wiped them out? I will post my race and a brief description of their history (Celts alternate timeline where Rome never conquered Gaul et al) in the next couple of days.

I'm of the personal opinion that China's burgeoning economy isn't going to account for anything in the near future.

They're one of the least stable nations on the planet at the moment, and have a long way to go before they'll be considered a superpower.

That is, of course, if they don't collapse into civil war first.

India is far better poised to claim the title of Asian superpower - in a few years they'll have as many aircraft carriers as the UK, for example.

EDIT: But the truth it that I wanted Chinese names, but didn't have enough spaces after the major contributers to my new UN.

Fortunately, using United States for 75% of the names offers some multinational surnames, at least.

Seem same as "Space Mobile Infantry" Governement like:). (Fascist , or Military Protectorate..LOL am remember too what r fascist,am italian).

Just to provide two pics for those, who like to play roman empires:

Save file as a jpg and name it as flag0XXX.jpg whereas XXX is a not allrady used number in your flags folder.
I am using it as flag for the New Roman Republic of Terra

I have pulled a couple of race pics from the net, including some MOO3 and B5 pics, if anyone is interested I can put them up in a rar file

You might notice that my race pic is scaled a bit weird, because it is taller than it was wide. I didn't have time to fix it up in Photoshop.

I can´t upload a RAR file, so I renamed it a TXT file. Just rename it accordingly.

What do you mean?
How to upload a picture/attatchement?
--> look below the text window where you type in your message. There is an Options tab (selected by default) and next to it a "Upload attachment" tab

Yeah, I didn´t find it at first either

Or what to do with the pics?
--> just drop them into the race folder in your Aurora folder

Note: I don´t think aurora will use them, but you can use them for any race you create yourself.
